OCEAN KING

The great white shark, is one of more than 450 shark species and is the largest of all predatory sharks in the ocean today. Adult great white sharks grow to a maximum size of approximately 20 feet in length, weigh up to 6,600 pounds, and are estimated to live for 30 years. It can be found throughout the world's ocean, mostly in cold waters closer to the coast.
These super swimmers are the largest predatory fish (a fish that eat other fish or animals) on our planet. They are grey with a white underbelly, from where they get their name. They have a streamlined shape and powerful tails that propel them through the water at over 60km per hour!
This marine beast’s mouth is equipped with a set of 300 sharp, triangular teeth arranged in up to seven rows. When they are young, they feed on small prey such as fish and rays. But when they are older and bigger, they feast on sea mammals such as sea lions, seals and small whales.
It have such a strong sense of smelling. (i.e) If there was only one drop of blood in 100 litres of water, it would smell it. When a great white gives birth, she usually has two to ten youngsters called “pups". But she shows no care for her offspring – in fact, she may even try to eat them! Taking care of themselves, the newborn pups will immediately swim off into the ocean.
Great white sharks are at the top of the food chain and aren't likely to be killed by other sea creatures. Today great white sharks are a vulnerable species on the IUCN red list due to the thread by human activity.

Is there any invisible Wall in between them? Many scientists have conducted research to solve this mystery. The Atlantic and Pacific Ocean have different chemical composition. The salinity of the water in the Atlantic Ocean is five times more than the Pacific Ocean. The density of water is also different, so even marine animals in Atlantic Ocean will not go to the Pacific Ocean. They cannot survive in other oceans. Atlantic and Pacific Ocean meet at Cape Horn. The narrow straight line formed by the water bodies is called Drake Strait. The Pacific Ocean is ...
