IMPROVE LONG TERM MEMORY

Everyone wish to have a long term memory. protein in the brain that plays a key part in memory formation and memory loss. Exercise triggers high levels of a protein called cathepsin B, which travels to the brain to trigger neuron growth. After studying if we do some exercise will help to retain the memory stored for the long term. A person who having 8hours of complete sleep helps them to restore information in memory.

  • Having coffee will improve memory research shows that the benefit of caffeine on memory is state-dependent. This means that caffeine only improves memory if it is used both at the time of taking the information in and at the time of recalling the information late
  • The research was done in the UK that Chewing gum while proceeding test results in more score compare to non-chewing gum. Chewing Gum will not boost the memory it just increases the rate of the heartbeat which increases the oxygen supply to the brain.
  • Writing will force your brain to process information in a more detailed way, which helps you successfully load that information into your memory.
  • Eating healthy food maintain our body healthy and increase our memory power
  • Waking early morning will make us restore information as our brain will be hyperactive at that time.
  • Meditation helps us get relief from stress this makes us feel pleasant and help to store information.

 Spotted Lake or Lake khiluk in Canada is richly concentrated with various minerals. It contains dense deposits of magnesium sulfate, calcium, and sodium sulfates. It also contains high concentrations of eight other minerals and lower amounts of silver and titanium. Most of the water in the lake evaporates over the summer, revealing colorful mineral deposits.
