Drink plenty of water to prevent excessive dehydration. The standard recommended amount of water is a minimum of 4 litres per day.
Cool down by taking a cool shower at least twice per day. It helps to bring body temperature back down after being outdoors.
Avoid eating fried and oily foods. It’s not a perfect food material in summer. Instead of these, we can prefer watermelon, cucumber, papaya, plums, mango etc. Eat fresh and light food.
Use sunscreen to protect your sensitive skin from sunlight. Reapply it every 2 hours when you are in outdoors.
Wear appropriate clothes and use light coloured clothes.
Consume fresh juices every day and fresh fruits.
Protect your vision from harsh sunlight
by wearing sunglasses at the workplace and outdoors. It’ll prevent our eyes
from 99% ultraviolet rays from the sun.
Be safe and be cool in indoors by avoiding outdoors.
