HEALTHY HABITS

Session of exercise:
   Exercise is very essential to maintain our body. It enhances and maintains physical fitness and health. It’s performed for various reasons. 
Hours of no phone before going to bed for sleep:
     It will be useful for us to get deep sleep and prevent less refreshed wakeup.
Meals and three healthy snacks:
    Eating at least three times a day keeps you full and reduced hunger. This is good to reduce weight. Eating three times per day puts you at risk for overeating and for preferring healthy foods. 
Servings of fruits and veggies:
   Fruits are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, and they are high in Fibre. Eating a diet of high fruits and vegetables can reduce a person’s risk of developing heart attack, inflammation and diabetes.
Minutes of meditation:
    Meditation helps to maintain blood pressure at the correct level. It keeps us refresh.
Glasses of water per day:
    It helps to maintain our body dehydration at the perfect level. It may help to treat kidney stones.

Thousand  steps:
    Daily Walking makes us fit and provide freshness. It’s a great way to maintain our overall health. It can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones.
