Milk Causes Diabetics?

Animal’s milk is the foreign product of human bodies. Milk is the food that every mammal produces for its infant and each animal produces the perfect formula for her species. But animal milk is not suitable for human beings at all time. In Indian culture, We all used to consume some form of a diary with almost every meal. It is hard to believe that milk, which enjoys an almost sacred status in Indian culture, can be harmful to us. The reason is consuming Animal’s milk will cause diabetes. India has the second-largest number of diabetics in the world. Insulin is a hormone and diabetes is a hormonal disorder. The hormone secretions in our body are orchestrated by the pituitary gland. When one hormone is out of balance, we could face a lot of problems in life. To maintain our hormone balance, we need to strictly follow our food habits in a proper manner.

There are two types that cause diabetics , on consuming milk:
Type 1

Infants who have been given cow’s milk instead of mother’s milk at an early age are more likely to have Type 1 diabetes than their breast-fed counterparts. Cow’s milk has been linked with an increased incidence of autoimmune diseases. This indicated that the presence of cow’s insulin within cow’s milk leads to an increased number of autoantibodies which raise the risk of type 1 diabetes.

Type 2

A major cause of type 2 diabetics is fat. The fat literally causes insulin resistance. 49 per cent of the calories from whole milk come from fat. Most probably dairy products have 70-80 per cent of fat. In skimmed milk, 35 per cent of the calories come from fat.

Those animals are not completely harmful to us. As it has a lot of protein and calcium. Consuming milk can may be part of your habits But there must be a limitation according to your body‘s health.
