LIGHT MODE IS BETTER THAN DARK MODE. WHY?

Today more technology has improved and most of our working process is moving to online mode. Mainly, in this covid situation online class, online shopping, online transfer and so on. So everyone in case of using electronic devices gets the effect of eye fatigue. The use of smartphones and PC electronic devices will affect our health physically and mentally. The emission of blue light from electronic devices cause a lack of sleep, this, in turn, brings health issues.

To control this blue light emission people prefer dark mode. Dark mode cuts glare which helps your eyes from getting strain. Thought this dark mode or dark theme reduce the blue light it causes more vision problem than a solution. A dark screen requires your pupils to dilate which can make it harder to focus on the screen. When eyes dilute vision becomes less clear. While the bright light will sharpen vision.

White-letter can appear to bleed into a background, it is more difficult to read which is also known as the halation effect. Hence, dark mode makes eyes work harder and open wider since it absorbs more light. E-readers are recommended to use in light mode.

Also, avoid using the mobile in low brightness during the night because our eyes pupil will make stress to view and the blue light will not allow us to sleep. Therefore, use in bright mode. Try to not use electronic devices before 1 hour going to bed.
