The emission of blue light from electronic devices cause a lack of sleep, this, in turn, brings health issues.
To control this blue light emission people prefer dark mode. Dark mode cuts glare which helps your eyes from getting strain. Thought this dark mode or dark theme reduce the blue light it causes more vision problem than a solution. A dark screen requires your pupils to dilate which can make it harder to focus on the screen. When eyes dilute vision becomes less clear. While the bright light will sharpen vision.
