BUMPS IN COOL DRINK BOTTLE.WHY?

If we compare the cool drink bottle and water bottle you find many differences. Cool drink bottles are strong than water bottle because cool drink contains flavoured soda. Flavoured soda is a carbonated drink .i.e. Co2. This Co2 creates pressure in the bottle to withstand the pressure the bottle are made strong. Otherwise, the bottle will blast like a balloon.

Coming to the bottom shape water bottles bottom are flat. If the cool drink bottle bottom is flat the pressure created by Co2 will not distribute evenly and the bottom gets deformed. To overcome this the semi hemisphere made to have an equal distribution of pressure. It has a drawback that we can’t place the bottle straight to satisfy the Petaloid base created. This spread the pressure equally and able to place the bottle straight.

Also, they designed the lid with flip along with parallel gaps. So that the gas release slowly through that gap. Else like the lid of wine bottle, it hits your face.
